This AMTA/SWMOA Joint Technology Transfer Workshop will focus on membrane use in oil, gas, and mining. Attendees will learn about water treatment needs and water quality discharge permitting in the mining and oil and gas industries. Topics covered will include low pressure membrane innovations for challenging waters, achieving zero liquid waste, challenges facing expanded membrane use, designing desalination for remote locations, beneficial use of produced water, and emerging membrane technologies. This workshop will have table top exhibits by suppliers and networking opportunities.
