May 15, 2015 — Simone Callioni, Aquatech’s Eastern Business Development Manager, is speaking at the IDA New Horizons for Desalination conference May 17-19 in Santa Margherita, Portofino, Italy. This international conference is centered on social responsibility to provide future generations with a sustainable source of water and most importantly, what innovation is required to generate new and ever more environmentally friendly options to support water needs. The conference is being held in cooperation with the Rotary Club La Spezia, and part of the conference proceeds will be donated to a water-related humanitarian project. Simone will participate in the “Desalination Innovative Solutions” panel during Session 1 and present his paper, “Reducing Water Footprint in an Industrial Context through a Zero Liquid Discharge Design.” To learn more about the conference, click here.
