Congratulations to the Shop Employees for working 5+ years without having a Lost Time Accident. This accomplishment demonstrates that achieving Zero Lost Time Accidents can be achieved, when Supervisors and Employees plan safety into their daily work activities. By achieving this lofty goal, this aids the company by reducing our Company wide Lost Time Incident Rate, Direct and Indirect Costs associated with and reduce our Company EMR – Experience Modification Rate. This allows us to bid projects by having an EMR less than 1.0(statistic that many clients use as measuring criteria against other contractors). By achieving this milestone of 5+ years without a LTA – the shop employees were awarded new Aquatech Sweatshirts.
